Seeking a Nurse Practitioner for a .75 FTE position and a 3-day work week. You'll be part of an established and highly respected Oncology team in Corvallis, with a supportive and appreciative culture and a practice that values work/life balance.

Overview:

Join a team of 7 physicians and 6 APPs
Wednesday-Friday schedule
1 day in Corvallis and 2 days in Lebanon (18 miles apart)
Average 12-15 patients/day
Physician-owned, patient-centered practice

Compensation/Benefits:

Salary starting at $130,500+ and additional bonus incentives
$10,000 commencement bonus
Relocation allowance for out-of-state providers
