Execute routine and complex clinical laboratory analyses—including chemistry, hematology, immunology, and beyond—following strict protocols.

Evaluate results for precision, address anomalies, and complete preventative maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.

Assist in collecting specimens and get samples ready for examination as required.

Thoroughly document all procedures, help educate new staff members or interns, and ensure high-quality lab standards are met.

Uphold a safe, organized workspace and comply with regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health degree with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS), to be obtained within one year of employment.

Maintain active certification throughout your tenure.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork with healthcare professionals.

Ability to apply independent judgment and problem-solving skills in high-pressure or urgent conditions.

Strong organizational skills and attention to details, particularly in quality assurance and documentation.
