Operating Room Registered Nurse Opportunity

MLR is seeking a skilled and dedicated Operating Room (OR) Registered Nurse to join a growing healthcare team near Colorado Springs, CO! OR Registered Nurse Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and management of the operating room for surgical procedures.
Provide direct patient care before, during, and after surgery, ensuring comfort and safety.
Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical teams to deliver efficient and effective care.
Prepare and maintain surgical instruments, ensuring sterility and readiness.
Monitor patient vital signs and administer medications as directed by physicians.
Document patient care and progress according to hospital protocols.

Operating Room RN Qualifications:

Active Colorado Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in an OR setting.
BLS and ACLS certification required.
Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on patient safety.
