Pediatric Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Location: Chicago, IL

Job Type: Full-Time (Part-Time Considered)

Work Setting: In-person

Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 per year (plus bonus for full-time)

Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Clinical Social

Worker (LCSW) to join a dynamic pediatric therapy team. This role involves providing direct therapy and counseling services to children and their families in a collaborative, interdisciplinary environment. The ideal candidate is a team player who thrives in a supportive, child-focused setting and is passionate about family-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct therapy and psychosocial assessments to pediatric clients and their families.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
Connect families with appropriate community resources and support services.
Participate in ongoing education and team collaboration to maintain best practices.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) required.
Active LCSW license.
Minimum of 4 years of experience working with children as an LCSW.

Schedule Options
