DaVita has an open position for an Administrative Assistant in the hospital setting, who is looking to provide administrative support to a Team while making a difference in the lives of our patients and their families dealing with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease.

CHT/BONENT Certification is Required for this role

Schedule: Full Time, Day Shift

Locations: Must have reliable transportation and be willing to float regionally to Greater Chicago and Suburbs

In this support role you will ensure the timely and accurate completion of change requisitions, treatment logs, patient charts, invoices and purchase orders. You also will assist patients with transportation arrangements and physician appointments.

Requirements:

• We seek a personable individual with excellent computer and clerical skills (Microsoft Office).
• Type 60 WPM
• High school diploma or GED.
• Obtained their CMS- approved Patient Care Technician (PCT) certification and at times operates as a PCT.

Full vaccination against COVID-19 may be required by hospitals in this program, which may include a booster when eligible.
