Your work behind the microscope fuels critical decisions made by physicians—and enhances the lives of patients. Your expertise is foundational—ensuring the accuracy that medical professionals and patients depend on daily.
A Culture Energized by Teamwork
This is more than a position; it's an extension of a community. Be part of a team that thrives on continuous improvement. Regular lab meetings, competency refreshers, and initiatives for process enhancement create an environment where every voice is valued. You'll be given opportunities to join committees, propose enhancements, and even mentor less experienced staff.
