Your Role

- Participate in specimen collection and prepare samples for testing as necessary.
- Ensure comprehensive documentation of all procedures, train newcomers or students, and contribute to the maintenance of lab quality standards.
- Uphold a clean and safe working environment while strictly following regulatory and accreditation guidelines.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree, along with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.
Certifications
- Achievement of ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within the first year of employment.
- Maintain active certification for the duration of employment.
