Position Overview

• Operate and maintain imaging equipment, quickly reporting any malfunctions
• Ensure accurate documentation of procedures and maintain comprehensive patient records through the electronic medical system
• Remain informed about advances in ultrasound imaging techniques and best practices

Education Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related field
• Completion of a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program is preferred

Required Certifications

• Current certification by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or an equivalent organization
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification preferred
