Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Operating Room position in an inpatient surgical setting with a required MA RN license.

Responsibilities

Position is in the Inpatient Surgery department of a hospital
Operating Room RN role with surgical patient population
Day shifts with 10-hour AM shifts
13-week contract assignment
No on-call responsibilities
Provide nursing care during surgical procedures in the operating room
Collaborate closely with surgical teams including surgeons and anesthesiologists
No requirement to cover on-call shifts
Standard hospital scrubs required

Requirements

Active MA RN license required
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
At least one year of OR nursing experience preferred
Completion of an application, skills checklist, and license verification required for consideration
Two professional references required
