Conduct Assessments and Create Personalized Treatment Plans

• Conduct assessments in either an inpatient or outpatient environment tailored to create personalized treatment plans
• Implement physical therapy interventions fostering improved mobility, strength, therapeutic balance, and functional capability
• Engage in multidisciplinary collaborations with nursing staff, doctors, case managers, and rehab professionals to maximize patient outcomes
• Provide education to patients and their families about therapeutic objectives, discharge logistics, and home-based exercise routines
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, treatments, and patient progress following both facility protocols and regulatory standards
• Contribute to care team meetings and interdisciplinary discussions to ensure cohesive and efficient patient care

Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) and Current State Licensure

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution or equivalent qualification
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Preferred CPR certification
• Additional specialized certifications (such as in geriatrics or neurology) are a bonus but not mandatory
