How you’ll make an impact in this role

• Lead and coordinate nursing and support staff on assigned shifts, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care and smooth unit operations.

• Assess patient care needs, assign and monitor workloads, and prioritize resources to meet clinical objectives and maintain productivity standards.

• Support staff development, address patient care concerns, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance outcomes and team performance.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• Required professional licensure/certification AND 1 year of cumulative job specific experience required.
