Mlr Is Seeking A Full-Time, Permanent, Direct-Hire, Mri Supervisor Who Will Oversee The Daily Operations Of The Mri Department, Ensuring Efficient Workflow, Strict Adherence To Safety Protocols, And Exceptional Patient Care For A Well-Respected Hospital In The Southern Jersey Area. The Ideal Candidate Will Have Strong Leadership Skills, Extensive Experience In Mri Imaging, And A Commitment To Continuous Improvement.

Mri Supervisor Key Responsibilities:

• Supervision And Management: Lead And Coordinate The Activities Of Mri Technologists, Providing Guidance And Support To Achieve Optimal Performance.
• Quality Control: Uphold High Standards Of Imaging Quality And Patient Safety By Conducting Regular Quality Control Checks And Ensuring Compliance With All Regulatory Requirements.
• Training And Development: Facilitate Ongoing Training And Professional Development For Mri Staff, Fostering A Culture Of Continuous Learning And Improvement.
• Scheduling And Coordination: Manage Staff Schedules To Ensure Adequate Coverage, Minimizing Wait Times And Enhancing Patient Satisfaction.
• Patient Care: Provide Direct Patient Care As Necessary, Ensuring A Positive Experience Through Effective Communication And Compassionate Service.

Supervisor Qualifications:

• Associate's Or Bachelor's Degree In Radiologic Technology Or A Related Field.
• Arrt (American Registry Of Radiologic Technologists) Certification In Mri. Nj Dep License.
• Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience As An Mri Technologist, With At Least 2 Years In A Supervisory Or Leadership Role (Preferred).
• Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, Proficiency In Mri Technology And Imaging Protocols, Excellent Organizational Abilities.
