Your Role

Educational Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• Completion of a recognized Family Medicine residency program.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine.
• Hold or be eligible for an active medical license in Colorado.
• Preferred certifications include BLS and ACLS.
