Description
- Conduct evaluations in both inpatient and outpatient settings while crafting tailored treatment plans that meet individual patient needs.
- Implement physical therapy interventions to enhance mobility, strength, balance, and overall functionality of your patients.
- Work closely with an integrated team of nurses, physicians, case managers, and rehabilitation professionals to maximize patient outcomes.
- Educate both patients and families about therapeutic goals, discharge protocols, and home exercise regimens.
- Document evaluations, interventions, and patient progress in compliance with facility and regulatory policies.
- Engage in care team rounds and interdisciplinary meetings to ensure inclusive and coordinated patient care.
Education
- Earned Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited institution.
Certifications
- State licensure required for Physical Therapist.
- CPR certification is a plus.
- Additional specialized certifications (e.g., neurological, geriatric) will enhance your application.

- Prior experience is strongly preferred.
- Able to treat patients with diverse and complex medical conditions.
