• Performing thorough patient evaluations, requesting diagnostic tests, and devising personalized care strategies
• Diagnosing and managing acute, chronic, or episodic conditions collaboratively with other medical professionals or independently, depending on licensure
• Guiding patients and their families on health management, prevention, and wellness

Academic Credentials

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

Key Certifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in Colorado
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or similar
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or willingness to complete within 90 days)
