Provide skilled speech, language, and swallowing therapy in accordance with state/federal regulations and facility guidelines. Responsible for patient evaluation, treatment planning, and delivery of therapy to improve communication and swallowing function.Responsibilities:•\tConduct screenings, evaluations, and treatments for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders•\tDevelop and update individualized treatment/discharge plans•\tDocument services in compliance with regulations and facility standards•\tCollaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and families•\tMaintain compliance with all infection control and safety protocolsQualifications:•\tGraduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program (MS/MA)•\tCurrent state SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or CFY eligibility•\tStrong communication and clinical problem-solving skills
