Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate PCU Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care in our Progressive Care Unit, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and individualized nursing care to patients with complex medical conditions. This role requires strong critical thinking skills, effective communication, and a passion for delivering comprehensive patient care.

Responsibilities:

Monitor and assess patients' conditions and vital signs in the PCU setting.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure a comprehensive care plan for each patient.
Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families regarding their medical conditions and treatments.
Ensure adherence to all healthcare regulations and protocols.
Document patient care services accurately and thoroughly.

Requirements:

Valid RN license.
Minimum of 1 years of experience in a PCU or related acute care setting (preferred).
BLS and ACLS certifications.
Proficient understanding of PCU protocols and procedures.
Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
