Your Contributions
- Performing thorough patient evaluations, ordering necessary tests, and developing personalized care strategies
- Diagnosing and managing both acute and chronic health concerns in collaboration with physicians or independently, based on your credentials
- Providing education to patients and families about preventive care, wellness strategies, and chronic illness management
- Prescribing appropriate medications and therapies within your professional scope

Education Prerequisites
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
- Completion from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
Licensure and Certifications Required
- Current Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Iowa
- Nationally recognized certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or a relevant specialty
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or capability to obtain within 90 days)
