Responsibilities

Enhabit Home Health and Hospice is searching for a Full-time Weekend Registered Nurse.

Flexible scheduling is available, but Saturday and Sunday availability is essential.

The Home Health Weekend Registered Nurse will:

• Conduct skilled nursing visits and coordinate client care effectively
• Act as the primary point of contact for all disciplines involved in patient care
• Oversee visit frequencies throughout the care episode
• Consult with physicians regarding patient care as needed
• Accurately collect OASIS data and maintain updated medication profiles
• Ensure timely reporting of lab values to physicians
• Participate in weekly case conferences and monthly case manager meetings

Qualifications

Registered Nurses (RNs) must meet the following criteria:

1. A current RN license in the state of employment
2. A minimum of one year of clinical experience is preferred
3. Knowledge and proficiency in current nursing practices
4. A valid state driver's license and automobile liability insurance
