Description:
Local candidates are approved at the travel rate.
We are seeking a Long Term Care LPN for night shifts, working three 8-hour shifts (Friday to Sunday).
The nurse-to-patient ratio will be 1:15-25.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in Skilled Long Term Care or Transitional Care is required.
Candidates must have experience with central line blood draws, central line dressing changes, IV pumps, and starting IVs.
First-time travelers are not accepted; previous travel experience is mandatory.
This position requires weekend shifts every week.
Candidates will be expected to float between different units as needed.
Travelers are expected to have reliable transportation and no additional scheduling restrictions.
All required certifications must be current and valid.
References covering one year of experience in a comparable specialty or setting within the last three years are needed.
Travelers must float between facilities within the state as necessary.
Failure to float may result in termination of the assignment.
Candidates should be prepared to commit fully to the schedule and job requirements.
