Description

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients in a variety of settings, crafting personalized therapy plans
• Implement effective physical therapy interventions that address mobility, strength, balance, and overall function

• Guide patients and their families in understanding therapeutic objectives, discharge plans, and home exercise regimens

• Participate actively in care team rounds and interdisciplinary meetings to ensure cohesive patient care

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or a comparable degree from an accredited institution

Certifications

• Valid state licensure as a Licensed Physical Therapist
• CPR certification is preferred
