Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health (Part-Time)

Indianapolis, IN | Elara Caring

Looking for flexibility without sacrificing meaningful patient care?

As a Home Health RN , you'll provide one-on-one care in the patient's home. You control your schedule, build real relationships, and see patient progress in real time.

What You'll Do

? Manage a home health patient caseload

? Complete Start of Care and follow-up visits

? Perform patient assessments and develop care plans

? Communicate with physicians and care team

? Document visits and ensure compliance

What You Need

? Active RN license (Indiana)

? 1+ year of nursing experience

? Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and auto insurance

? Willingness to travel within the Indianapolis coverage area

? Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
