Key Responsibilities

Maintain a safe and clean work environment, complying with unit safety and infection control protocols.
Execute treatment plans for patients across various age groups and diagnoses.
Uphold professional ethics and departmental expectations, including productivity and ongoing professional development.
Provide patient, family, and caregiver education, and assist in supervising staff, students, and volunteers as needed.

Qualifications

At least one year of overall experience preferred.
Home Health experience is a plus for applicable positions.
Experience with aquatic therapy is highly desirable for wellness center roles.

Licenses and Certifications

Must be licensed or eligible for licensure by the Physical Therapy Board of the relevant state.
Current driver's license and auto insurance required for home health roles.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required upon hire; American Heart Association Healthcare Provider preferred.
